We are recruiting: back-of-house cleaner (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Weakley County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Performance bonus on top of base pay.
