We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
