Shop floor worker wanted in Talbot County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Talbot County, Maryland. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Check products against the sample for colour, size and finish • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor Requirements: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly Full-time with occasional weekends.
