Framing carpenter • New Kent County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in New Kent County, Virginia. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. You will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
