Argon welder — Camden County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Camden County, North Carolina. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. On a typical shift you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height 4+ years on the tools preferred.
