Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Powell County, Montana. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
