Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Greenville County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy production line. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding On a typical shift you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
