Halal butcher wanted in Hancock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Hancock County, Mississippi. The job is at a halal meat counter. The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
