Great opportunity: gas pipeline fitter (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in York County, Virginia. You will be based on residential and apartment building sites. The role involves fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Full-time, day shift.
