Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in McCracken County, Kentucky. You will work in a toolroom. Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
