Brick mason wanted in Culpeper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brick mason in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks You will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays.
