Lift maintenance fitter • Andrew County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Andrew County, Missouri. The job is in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
