Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixer in Cumberland County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On a typical shift you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience.
