Pot washer — Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard We offer ₦60,000 per month plus benefits.
