Automotive paint technician wanted in Tippecanoe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. On a typical shift you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
