Great opportunity: panel welder (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel welder in Walworth County, South Dakota. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On a typical shift you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
