We are recruiting: we are hiring a hoist operator in Wilkes County, Georgia. Day to day you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
