You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
