Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile installer in West Sussex, England. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges Pay around £2,900 per month, based on your experience.
