We are recruiting: we are hiring a security guard in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. The job is at a shopping mall. On a typical shift you will raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds.
