Great opportunity: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Marion County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather The role involves: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
