Great opportunity: tower crane operator (Colorado)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Conejos County, Colorado. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
