Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Yell County, Arkansas. You will work in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Rotating shifts.
