We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Lake County, Michigan. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
