Urgent requirement: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Gates County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy building site. Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel On the job you will handle: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
