Production operative • Shelby County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Shelby County, Tennessee. The role involves operate and feed production machines on the line; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; record output figures and downtime on the production log; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
