Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
