Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
