Immediate opening: we are hiring a beldar in Todd County, South Dakota. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times 5+ years on the tools preferred.
