Lift technician wanted in Caledonia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Caledonia County, Vermont. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You will wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
