Urgent requirement: milling machinist (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Garrett County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
