Health and safety supervisor — Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Johnson County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
