Vacancy available: we are hiring a car refinisher in Madison County, Kentucky. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
