Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Decatur County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Your main tasks: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear 1+ years on the tools preferred.
