Canteen cook wanted in Ottawa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service.
