Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
