Steward wanted in Esmeralda County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Esmeralda County, Nevada. You will work in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
