Now hiring: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Santa Barbara County, California. The job is in a residential tower block. The role involves top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
