Immediate opening: manufacturing operative (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Butte County, California. Your main tasks: • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Assemble components according to the work order What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
