Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
