Join our team: steam press operator (Kano State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Gabasawa, Kano State. You will work at a garment factory. The role involves: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦215,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
