Baker — Rusk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Rusk County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
