Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiler in Kern County, California. The job is on a residential construction site. On a typical shift you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. You should have: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
