Coating plant operator • Niobrara County, Wyoming

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Niobrara County, Wyoming. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
