Cnc turning machinist — Lewis County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Lewis County, Idaho. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; load and index turning tools in the turret. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
