Concrete placer wanted in Mid and East Antrim

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland. You will work in a residential housing project. On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Rotating shifts.
