Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Orange County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Orange County, Virginia. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
