Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Warren County, Missouri. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
