Cake decorator wanted in Elk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Elk County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
