Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Catoosa County, Georgia. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Day-to-day duties: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints Six days a week, one day off.
